Cleaning Service Agreement

Cleaning Supplies / Equipment

Royalty Bloom Cleaning provides environmentally friendly P&G products and nearly all equipment required for cleaning your home, condo, apartment, or office. You will need to provide a toilet brush, paper towels, and running water.

If you would like high areas cleaned, please provide a step stool. If you want carpets and rugs vacuumed, you must provide a vacuum (a vacuum is provided for move-in/move-out cleanings) or add it as an extra service.

If you prefer the use of specialty products (e.g., organic cleaners, stainless steel cleaner, Easy-Off oven cleaner, or other specific products), please leave them out and include your request in your account’s special instructions.

Please note that our team does not use bleach, Javex, or other harsh chemicals to protect the health and safety of both our staff and your environment.

 
Booking & Quoting

Royalty Bloom Cleaning’s quoting and booking process is designed to be accurate and transparent, ensuring the chosen cleaning package covers the full scope of work—provided accurate information is given about the property’s size, room count, and condition.

If we arrive and find inaccurate sizing or a below-average condition, Royalty Bloom Cleaning reserves the right to contact you to request additional time to complete the service. Should the extra time not be approved, our cleaners will do their best within the originally allocated time, and the satisfaction guarantee will not apply.

All services are booked with a set time limit, as we cannot predict the property’s condition prior to arrival (e.g., grease, mold, mildew, excessive dirt, dust, or grime). Any requested additional time will be billed at an hourly rate agreed upon at the time of request.

You will never be charged without your approval; however, if we are unable to reach you during service to report conditions or request additional time, our cleaners will complete the service up to the maximum time allotted.

 
Cancellations

For scheduled cleanings, Royalty Bloom Cleaning will assess a $50 cancellation fee if a cleaning is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment.

For same-day cancellations, lockouts, or rescheduling, or if we cannot gain access within 30 minutes of arrival, we reserve the right to charge the greater of $50 or 50% of the total service fee.

Recurring Services: The cancellation policy applies to each visit. If you cancel recurring services prior to completing four or more visits, you will be charged the difference between your discounted recurring rate and our one-time cleaning rate for previous visits.

 
24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not 100% satisfied with the quality of cleaning in any serviced area—and your home was described accurately in size and condition—please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning. Royalty Bloom Cleaning will send a cleaner back within 3 days to address any missed areas.

Please note that Royalty Bloom Cleaning cannot guarantee the full removal of mold, mildew, heavy grime, soap scum, or pet odors. We will always do our best, but rejuvenation of caulking, grout, or carpeting is not covered.

Due to the subjective nature of cleaning, refunds are not offered.

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Post-renovation, post-construction, and hourly work are not covered under this guarantee.

Direct Hiring of Cleaners

Royalty Bloom Cleaning invests heavily in background screening and professional training to ensure top-quality cleaners. Hiring, soliciting, or accepting side work from any Royalty Bloom Cleaning cleaner (current or former) within two years of their employment with us is prohibited.

If a client directly employs or pays a current or former Royalty Bloom Cleaning staff member (legally or under-the-table), the client will be liable for a $5,000 referral fee.

By using our service, you agree to notify us of any such solicitation or offer. Legal and collection fees incurred to recover this amount will be added if unauthorized hiring is discovered.

Sharing personal contact information with our cleaners is considered part of this breach.

Unreported or inappropriate employment practices are illegal, and Royalty Bloom Cleaning is obligated to report such activities to the proper authorities.

 
Cleaner Safety

Royalty Bloom Cleaning reserves the right to remove cleaners from any unsafe environment. Our cancellation policy will apply in such cases.

Cleaners will not move or lift items heavier than 30 lbs. If you would like areas behind heavy furniture or appliances cleaned, please move them before our arrival.

If the property poses a health risk (viral, bacterial, mold, or pest-related), our staff may leave, and the cancellation policy will apply. If someone in the home is ill, please inform us ahead of time.

 
Pets

We love pets and will happily work around them. However, if a pet becomes aggressive or poses a safety concern, our staff may leave, and the cancellation policy will apply.

Royalty Bloom Cleaning staff do not clean pet feces, litter boxes, or urine and cannot guarantee the removal of pet odors.

Please ensure your pets are safe and comfortable during cleaning.

 
Valuables

Please secure valuables, heirlooms, and collectibles before your scheduled cleaning. Notify us of fragile or delicate items in your special instructions.

 
Key Security

For your safety, we do not return keys by mail. Keys will be returned in person, to your concierge, or as instructed.

Royalty Bloom Cleaning cannot leave a property unlocked after service. Please ensure arrangements are made for securing your home.

If leaving keys with a concierge, ensure they are labeled under Royalty Bloom Cleaning. All cleaners carry identification badges.

If keys are unavailable at the time of service and we cannot gain entry within 30 minutes, the cancellation policy will apply.

 
Arrival Time

Royalty Bloom Cleaning provides estimated arrival windows based on appointment times. These estimates may vary due to traffic, previous appointments, or last-minute client adjustments.

Leaving a key with your concierge or in a secure lockbox ensures smoother access if you cannot be home.

 
Large & Heavy Items

For safety and liability reasons, cleaners do not move furniture or items weighing more than 30 lbs.

 

Damages

Our cleaners always conduct themselves professionally. In the rare event of accidental damage, please notify our office within 48 hours of your cleaning. Reports made after 48 hours may not qualify for reimbursement.

Royalty Bloom Cleaning reserves the right to hire professionals for any necessary repairs. Payment will be made directly to the contractor.

Our insurance includes $2,000,000 Comprehensive General Liability Coverage.

If we misplace keys or lock you out, we will cover key replacement or locksmith fees up to $50.

 
Caulking & Grout

Royalty Bloom Cleaning is not responsible for restoring heavily stained, worn, or moldy grout and caulking.

 
Appliances

Oven cleaning does not include internal grates or hood fans. While we do our best, removal of deep grease or stains cannot be guaranteed.

Our cleaners will not move appliances unless they feel safe to do so. Please pull out ovens or fridges beforehand if you’d like cleaning underneath or behind them.

We do not clean the interior of washing machines, dryers, or dishwashers.

 
Discounts

Royalty Bloom Cleaning reserves the right to modify or withdraw discounts and account credits at any time.

 
Payments

We accept major credit cards via our website. Corporate or short-term clients may contact us directly for payment terms.

Payment is required in full at the time of booking. To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service; otherwise, the cancellation policy applies.

Late Payments: A finance charge of 2% per month (24% annually) will be applied to past-due balances. A $35 fee applies to NSF or declined payments.
